Prepara's clever herb storage system keeps your herbs fresh for up to three times longer than regular fridge storage. The herb store can be used for all types of fresh herbs and ensures that they don't go bad before you can use them.

The herb store has a refillable water tank at the bottom and a supporting cap that keeps the herbs upright. The herbs are given the perfect conditions inside the herb mould and retain their freshness for much longer.

How to use the herb storage system

Place the cut kitchen herbs, stem side down, in one half of the transparent container. When the container is full, connect it to the other transparent half. Then place the entire container in the white base and add some water through the green opening.

Suggested herbs to keep in the herb store: Thyme, rosemary, tarragon, coriander, dill, parsley, basil, chives, mint, chervil, marjoram, oregano, sage and lemon balm.
