With the Helix Clean-Press Garlic Crusher from Joseph Joseph, you can easily crush garlic cloves with the speed and efficiency of an assembly line. The unique turning mechanism gives you more power with less effort, and you can easily squeeze several cloves of garlic at once.

The garlic crusher has an ergonomic handle and is very easy to use. Place your garlic cloves in the stainless steel basket. Then assemble the top with the bottom by lining up the red dots on the sides of the crusher. Now squeeze the handles together.

The rotating top presses the garlic down against the stainless steel basket and helps you crush the garlic. You don't need to use as much force as you do with a regular garlic press and you don't need to have strong hands to be able to crush your garlic.

When you've finished pressing, either rinse the garlic crusher or wash it in the dishwasher.
