The sprouts should be washed twice a day, morning and evening. Store the jar upside down in the support so excess water can escape and collect in the ceramic base plate. After about 2-5 days the sprouts are done growing and are ready to be eaten!
The glass sprouting jar holds 8 dl and comes with both a strainer lid and a base plate in ceramic. The glass sprouting jar should be stored at room temperature (preferably 18-23 °C), and should not be stored in direct sunlight or close to any warm source when the sprouts are sprouting.
