What's more, the adjustable shape with Velcro makes it easy to use throughout your pregnancy. When heating in the microwave, start with a low power and short heating time, about 750W for 2 minutes. If heating in a conventional oven, set the oven to 80°C and place the wheat heat in the oven for about 15 minutes. Do not use a gas hob.About the innovator
Mia Lundmyr got the idea for the wheat warmer when she saw her pregnant friends' need for pain relief during pregnancy and labour.
