Tail rope holder for Y-beam

Dockmaster is a smart tail rope holder that makes it easier to reach the stationary tail rope on the Y-beam. With the holder attached to the Y-beam you can easily reach the tail rope while mooring and will also get a handy holder to place the tail rope on when you are sailing away again.

The tail rope holder is useful when you have a sailboat or a larger motorboat with a high rail.

By attaching the holder to the Y-beam you do not have to hang down over the rail of the boat to reach the tail rope, and do not run the risk of having things fall out of your pockets.

There is enough room for at least two tail ropes on the wide holder and you will no longer have to retrieve a wet rope out of the water when you come back from the boat trip. Tip! If you only need to hang one tail rope on the holder, you can always share it with the boat owner next to you.

The tail rope holder is 80-135 cm high and made of durable anodised aluminium. 

The holder has a super strong, rustproof spring at the base that allows it to be bent in every direction.

The spring is strong enough to keep the pole standing straight even in strong winds but ensures that the tail rope holder does not crack if it gets stuck.

Mounting the holder

The tail rope holder is easily mounted on the Y-beam with the accompanying cable ties.

There are also two pre-drilled holes (Ø0,8 mm) at the base if you want to screw the holder into the Y-beam (screws are not included).

Extra mounts
