Recessed solar powered deck lights that charge in the sun and illuminate at dusk? Now that's a truly elegant design. These deck lights are easy to assemble, and once set up they bring a wonderful light in the evening with their gentle and radiant glow.
The built-in battery recharges during the day and powers the three LEDs. Each light emits a warm and pleasant white light once dusk falls.
Cut a hole in your deck and then place the lamp in the hole? Now you're all ready to go. Set the lamp to 'on' with the power switch at the back and it will be automatically charged in the sun. The battery will fully charge in 6-8 hours and will stay lit for 10-12 hours once it automatically activates.
For optimal charging, make sure to mount the lamp where it will be exposed to the sun. Furthermore, the lamp should not be placed near other bright light sources as these may interfere with the lamp's dusk sensor. The solar-powered deck lights should be stored indoors during extended periods of cold weather (i.e. in temperatures below zero degrees Celsius).
