The Skin Agent anti-chafing stick is a Swedish innovation that prevents abrasions from clothes and shoes and alleviates friction burns such as chafing between thighs. The anti-chafing stick is made of vegan and organic ingredients and can be used on a day-to-day basis, at parties or when exercising.
The anti-chafing stick is applied just like a roll-on deodorant. Roll a layer onto your skin in places that risk chafing or abrasions. Then use your hand to rub the balm into your skin and let it dry for about a minute. The balm is quickly absorbed by the skin's different layers and creates a dry protective layer on top of the skin that reduces friction and prevents abrasions.
The Skin Agent consists of moisturising compound fatty acids that allow the skin to breathe and perspire as normal. The stick also contains the plant-based ingredient Allantion which is anti-inflammatory, reduces redness and helps the skin dispose of dead skin cells and grow new skin.
The Skin Agent is water-resistant and free from perfume and parabens. It is dermatologically tested and has not been tested on animals.
The Skin Agent comes in three different variations. Choose from Move, Comfort and Active.
Move – Skin to Skin
Is used to reduce thigh chafing between bare legs under a skirt or if you are wearing short shorts. Move has a high oil content that reduces friction when skin rubs against skin. It can be used anywhere, such as between your buttocks or under your armpits. It can also be used with prosthetics.
Active – Skin and Clothes
Prevents abrasions from seams, labels, and ill-fitting shoes. Active is a handy product to keep in your sports bag. It can be used anywhere on your body where your clothes rub or redness occurs due to the friction caused by shoes, tops or trousers.
Comfort – Skin and Clothes
Comfort is for intimate areas where underwear rubs against your skin. Comfort is perfect to use in places where your bra rubs or around your groin area, where your underwear may chafe. It can also be used as a treatment after shaving or waxing.
If you suffer from dry skin or if your skin is exposed to a lot of friction or high humidity, you may need to reapply during the day. Other days, a single layer may last you all day.
The anti-chafing stick should not be stored above 50 °C degrees, as it may start to melt. The Skin Agent is made in Sweden.
The Skin Agent anti-chafing stick was voted best sports product in 2021 in the Organic Beauty Awards, which are awarded by the non-profit organization NOC Sweden.
