SmellWell are fragrant shoe inserts from Sweden that help freshen up any shoes, gloves, or sports bags that have an unpleasant odour. The inserts absorb moisture and unpleasant odours and create a fresh fragrance.
SmellWell for smelly shoes
The inserts contain salts, minerals and active carbon from bamboo that absorb moisture and perspiration. The absorbents help the shoes dry, which prevents them from becoming a hotbed for smelly bacteria. The fragrant inserts therefore provide both a short-term and long-term solution solution to smelly shoes.For more than just shoes
The inserts can be used to freshen up all kinds of items, such as damp gloves, ski boots, walking boots, sports bags, cupboards, wardrobes, or yoga mats. Make it a habit to put the inserts in place each evening and let them work overnight, as your items will remain fresh much longer if the moisture is absorbed regularly.If the inserts are used in very moist items, they may need to be left out to dry during the day. If the crystals inside the inserts harden, simply squeeze the insert a bit to soften them so that they regain their absorbent properties. The inserts last for about six months, but if they are used in very moist areas, such as ice hockey gloves or sports bags, they may need to be exchanged more often.
Renewable absorbents
SmellWell inserts were developed in Sweden in cooperation with Chalmers University of Technology. The outer pouch is made of micro fibre and the coloured print on it has been environmentally approved. The inner pouch is made of non-woven material. SmellWell only contains renewable absorbents and is free from phthalates and biocides. They have been tested and approved in accordance with the REACH regulation.The inserts come in a pack of two.
Choose between two sizes, Active and XL.
Active: Perfect for trainers and other everyday items. Absorb moisture, remove unpleasant odours and spread a fresh smell. Can be used daily for up to six months. 11 cm x 7 cm x 1 cm.
XL: Three times more absorbent than the Active size. Perfect for large boots, bags and items that are often moist, such as ice hockey and football equipment. Can be used daily for up to six months. 15 cm x 7 cm x 2 cm.
