This mini chopper from Zyliss is an easy-to-use vegetable chopper that chops whole garlic cloves, chillies, fresh herbs and shallot pieces quickly. You decide how coarse or finely chopped the pieces should be by twisting or rolling the mini chopper on the table until you get the desired size.

The sharp knives are sharpened on both edges and shred the pieces when you twist the mini chopper in both directions. If you want food coarsely chopped, twist only a few times; if you want it finely chopped, twist for more turns.

The vegetable chopper's smart design allows you to chop in two different ways. Either you twist it around with both hands or you roll the chopper's rubberised underside back and forth on the kitchen counter. When you roll it on the counter, you only need to use one hand, which is also useful for those who are not so strong in the hands..

You can also chop pieces of ginger as well as coarsely chopped pieces of onion, pepper, cabbage, tomato, and other soft ingredients. A good tip is to load several raw materials at the same time into the chopper. Add the ingredients you want to chop, turn the chopper, and serve.
