- Quickly rekindle your fire or grill
- Move logs or coal
- Stable magnetic baseplate
Flamman is a clever expansion of the classic bellows; blow through the pipe to rekindle dying fires. The foot can be used as a practical poker and then placed on the stable magnetic baseplate.
Flamman was developed in Sweden and the dimensions of the pipe have been scientifically developed to maximise the power of the air stream as you blow. The long pipe enables you to aim right at the embers and avoid spreading too much ash. The air stream effectively kindles the glowing embers and works equally well whether reigniting the fireplace or a kettle barbecue.
The foot of the tool has been specially designed to help you move the logs in the fireplace or spread out the coals in your barbecue. You can also lift the grill rack off the barbecue and clear out the ashes.
The bottom of the foot is magnetic and is easily placed on the included magnetic baseplate. The baseplate keeps Flamman firmly in place and felt pads are attached to the bottom of it. If you lift Flamman straight up, it will also lift the baseplate, which is handy when vacuum-cleaning or if you want to move the entire unit. To remove Flamman from the baseplate, simply angle it slightly before lifting it.
Flamman is made of iron and replaces many of the common tools found in fire sets, yet it only takes up approximately 10 cm² of floor space.
The Flamman fire tool is made in Sweden by the Swedish company Stikkan.
