- Integrated heating zones
- Three different heating modes
- Fitted model
The heated vest from Swedish brand Chione is a stylish vest with patented and soft heating zones at the back and front that give you a little extra warmth when you need it most. You control the heat with a button on the inside of the left collar and the three different heat levels allow you to adjust the heat according to your activity and the weather.
This fitted warm vest is perfect to use as a mid-layer between a jacket and sweater in winter. The vest is also ideal to wear on slightly warmer spring and autumn days and comfortable to wear on slightly cooler summer evenings.
Flexible heating zones
The heating zones are seamlessly integrated in several places on the chest and back, between the lining and the shell. The flexible heating zones allow you to move freely in the vest. Perfect for skiing and other activities where you need to move your whole body.
Adjust the heat with the push of a button
To turn the heat on and off, hold down the button on the left collar. By pressing briefly on the same button, you then switch between low heat (blue), medium heat (white) and high heat (red). The small light shows which heat setting you are using.
Tip! Turn off the heat when you are happy with the temperature, so you avoid starting to sweat and save battery.
Powered by the included Powerbank
The heated vest is powered by the Powerbank included. Plug in the Powerbank and place it in the vest's small pocket at the back. If you press the button on the side of the Powerbank, 1-4 LEDs light up and show how much battery is left.
The heated vest should only be used together with the supplied Powerbank.
Battery life
The battery can operate the heating vest for up to about 8 hours of constant use on the lowest heat setting and about 3 hours on the highest heat. The Powerbank is charged using the included Micro USB cable. Charging in a USB socket takes about 5 hours, charging with a USB adapter in the wall (not included) takes about 90-120 minutes.
The power bank can of course also be used to charge your mobile phone when you are on the go. Bring the phone's charging cable and plug it into one of the Powerbank's sockets (USB-A and USB-C). The charging cable can be pulled from the pocket on the back to the left front pocket.
Find the right size
The black heated vest is available in sizes XS to L. Use the size table among the pictures to find the right size.
Washing instructions
The vest can be washed in a washing machine at 30 °C degrees. Before washing the vest, you MUST REMOVE THE POWERBANK. The vest can then be tumble dried on the lowest heat and can also be ironed on the lowest heat - one dot (max 110 °C degrees).
About Chione
From her parents, founder Camilla Wallin learned early on that the layer-on-layer method is the best way to keep warm in the winter cold. This trick has worked all her life, but despite that, Camilla had always wondered why there was no good alternative to clumsy down jackets. They work great for keeping warm, but as soon as you go indoors or get onto a crowded bus, it gets unbearably hot.
Camilla took matters into her own hands and decided to find a better solution. She looked up the technology with the flexible heaters with adjustable heat and found a fashion designer who could implement them in the slim vest.
In 2019, the first garments from Chione were launched that are practical for both city dwellers and those who spend a lot of time outdoors in nature. The heated vest gives you the flexibility to be able to adjust the heat as needed and is also nice to wear exactly as it is.
