- Uses 4 ice packs as a cooling device
- Large serving tray for food and drink
- Made in Norway
The Norwegian-made Cooltray is a large serving tray with a cooling device that keeps food and drinks chilled during your meal. With the cooling tray, you can enjoy long and delicious meals without the risk of the cheese or butter becoming soft. The serving tray is easy to use and perfect for serving food in the home, boat or caravan.
Here's how it works
Place the four ice packs supplied into the freezer. When it's time to eat, take the ice packs out of the freezer and place them in the tray. You can now put the butter, milk, cold cuts or cake on the tray.
The cold is spread evenly through the holes in the bottom of the tray and cools the food from below. The cold prevents the refrigerated goods from going bad from heat or sun and means that you don't have to worry about putting the food back in the fridge to stay cool.
Store the serving tray in the refrigerator
The cooling tray fits in standard-sized refrigerators. After you have eaten, you can therefore place the entire serving tray into the fridge together with the refrigerated goods. This makes it easy and convenient to take out all your favorite cold cuts at once.
Cooling tips
For the best cooling effect, leave the ice packs in the freezer overnight. Make it a habit to always keep the ice trays in the freezer when you are not using the tray. Wipe off any condensed water from the ice packs before placing them in the freezer.
Care instructions
Do not place food directly on the tray as it may discolour. The cooling tray can be washed in the dishwasher, but not above 70 degrees. The ice packs can be cleaned with a damp cloth and should not be washed in the dishwasher.
