Fledge is a double-sided plastic cutting board with folding edges that makes it easier to prepare food, cut up bread and make use of fruit juices and bread crumbs. The plastic cutting board can be used for all types of food and the two sides have different functions depending on how you want to use the cutting board.
Cut on top
When you have cut something on the top of the cutting board, you can fold up the edges. The edges provide protection so that the food doesn't fall off when you move the cutting board or use it as a serving tray.
Cut on the underside
The underside of the cutting board is convenient to use when you are slicing meat, slicing fresh bread or cutting up tomatoes, melons and other fruits with a lot of liquid in them. The edges create a moat that catches both liquid and breadcrumbs. The kitchen counter stays clean and you can more easily take advantage of the liquid or crumbs that are left over.
Stands firmly on the kitchen counter
