The velcro strap is ideal for attaching the Bolley training ball around a bar or a beam or other type of overhead rod. The strong velcro strap is easy to install and keeps Bolley in place during the exercise.
The velcro strap is practical for attaching the ball around a beam at the gym or the crossbar of a football or handball goal. The strap attaches to itself with the strong velcro. When attaching the velcro strap around a bar, simply push and "rub" the attachment of the training ball to the velcro strap.
The Bolley is firmly attached during the workout session, and when you're done, simply remove the velcro strap. The velcro strap is 43 cm long and fits both round and square crossbars with circumferences of no more than 40 cm.
