The tray is made of 100% food-grade silicone and the 15 moulds each hold about 15 ml. Since the tray is made of silicone, it is easy to remove the biscuits from the tray once they are done. You can even push gently against the back of the tray to pop them out.
The tray can withstand temperatures from -50 °C up to +230 °C, which means that you can also put the tray in the freezer, the microwave or the dishwasher.
The biscuit tray is made of 100 percent food-grade silicone and is completely free from BPA and phthalates.
