- Easy to hang from your crutches
- Keeps your hands free
- Fits onto a walking stick or crutch
With the Ebon shoulder strap, you can more easily hang your crutches on a chair or bring them with you when you need to use both hands for something else. You can hang your crutch from your elbow, over your shoulder or crossed over your back. This makes thing smoother when you need to hold on to handrails, pay at the store or support yourself when you sit down or stand up.
The shoulder strap is attached with Velcro to a crutch or walking stick. Attach one bracket as high as possible to the upper part of the crutch. Then attach the lower bracket under the solid thicker plastic part at the bottom. With the clamp in the middle, you can quickly change how tight you want the shoulder strap to be. The lower buckle can be unbuttoned if necessary, for example if you want to quickly release the crutch from your back.
About the Ebon Crutch Strap
The shoulder strap is named after the innovator Malou's mother Ebon. The idea came about when Malou's mother needed to have her hands free when she went up and down the stairs to her apartment. Malou made a first prototype of a crutch strap that worked great. Malou then brought Nina into the company to work together on the now completed product.
The crutch strap is designed in Sweden and manufactured in Finland.
Please note that the package only contains one strap for one crutch.
