You can even place it in your shoes to remove bad smells. The small sachets have a strong scent as the small woodchips ensure that the fragrant oil is exposed as much as possible. Red cedar oil is volatile and spreads easily when it comes into contact with air.

The woodchips are by-products from the furniture industry and come from the American red cedar Juniperus Virginiana.
