Housegard's optical mini fire alarm is a reliable and highly sensitive smoke detector that is practical at home, in your boat or caravan or in the office. The white mini fire alarm’s compact design doesn’t take up much room and has a large and accessible button that you can use to test and pause the fire alarm.

If the mini fire alarm goes off when you're cooking you can easily stop it by pressing the test/pause button. The pause button silences the fire alarm in 10 minutes and resets the smoke detector. If you need more time to get the smoke out you can press the pause button again to pause the alarm.

The sealed battery has 10 years lifetime and is not replaceable. So when the fire alarm warns you that it has a low battery you can swap your fire alarm for a new fire alarm. This is the best way to make sure your fire alarm is active and works properly.

The mini fire alarm’s ceiling attachment is assembled with plugs and screws on the ceiling (not included). Activate the battery before you attach the fire alarm to the ceiling attachment. You can check the battery is active on the small LED diode that blinks approximately every 40 seconds. You can even test the fire alarm by pressing the test/pause button.

Note:
The fire alarm cannot be used with Housegard's magnet attachment.
