1. Choose the socket according to the diameter of the crutch shaft (17 mm or 19.5 mm)2. Place the socket in the hole of the damper
3. Thread the nut onto the crutch shaft
4. Push the shaft down to the bottom of the damper
5. Screw the nut onto the damper
