- Large ladle with practical colander
- Strain one serving at a time
- Heat resistant up to 200° C
The colander's simple and ingenious construction allows you to scoop up, strain and serve the food directly from the saucepan. With the colander, you can serve one portion at a time and the many holes in the ladle allow the water to run quickly off pasta, vegetables or potatoes.
The colander has small discreet stops placed at the front on the underside. With the stop, you can hook the ladle on the side of the saucepan so that the water flows back down into the saucepan again.
The colander is also practical to use when you transfer food from a roasting dish, skillet or frying pan. The hollow ladle means that you do not bring excess frying fat onto the plate or serving dish.
The colander is made of BPA-free nylon and can be used in pots, saucepans and non-stick pans. The reinforced silicone handle provides a good grip. The colander can withstand temperatures up to 200° C and can be washed in the dishwasher.
The colander is developed by the London-based company Joseph Joseph, which is founded by the twin brothers Antony and Richard Joseph. Since its inception in 2003, the company has received several prestigious awards for its innovative and iconic products.
