                • Works in mud, sand, ice and snow
                • Easy to mount when you're stuck
                • Remove, store in the car and reuse later

Trac Grabber are easy-to-mount extra grips for your tyres that help you get your car out when you're stuck. The reusable grips are a smart thing to have in the car whatever the time of year, as they work in sand, mud, snow and on ice.

It could be a mud track, a sandy spot on the way to the beach or a snow-covered road that makes your car get stuck and the tyres spin. Trac Grabber grips are quick and easy to mount and are designed to be attached to the wheels after you've already gotten stuck.

By concentrating the car's weight on a small surface area, the durable rubber blocks help lift the car off the ground and push it forward in a paddling motion. The grips are mounted on the wheels, and help you get back on to safe ground.

The grips are placed on the driving wheels and you can either drive forward or in reverse with them installed. Take the shortest route to safe ground and try to keep the wheels as straight as possible. When you're back on solid ground, remove the grips and store them in the bag until the next time you need help getting loose.

Trac Grabber grips are recommended for cars, minibuses and quad bikes that weigh up to 2 tons. Make sure there are big enough holes in the rim of the wheel so that you can thread the safety strap through and the wheel can rotate freely even if you turn. The safety strap is extra long, to fit even wider tyres. See also the important safety information below!

Trac Grabber grips are sold in a 2 pack and a 4 pack. If you have a four-wheel drive vehicle, it's best to mount the Trac Grabber grips on all four wheels, but it's not a must..

Will Trac Grabber get me moving again?
Trac Grabber grips will get you out of most situations if you mount them at the first sign you're stuck and before the car has completely dug itself into the ground. Different situations mean different conditions are needed for getting oneself free. But generally, the concentrated pressure on the small rubber surface helps lift your car up and push it forward.

                Important safety information!
                - Carefully inspect the wheels and wheelhouse to make sure you have enough space to mount the Trac Grabber grips. Make sure the wheel can rotate freely and that neither the rubber block nor the mounting strap will come into contact with or get stuck in any fixed car parts such as the brakes or the suspension, even if you turn the wheel.
                - Trac Grabber must be mounted on the driving wheels. Read the car manual if you're unsure whether you have front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. If you have a four-wheel drive vehicle, it's best to mount the Trac Grabber grips on all four wheels, but it's not a must.
                - Always keep the wheels as straight as possible when driving out of the sticky spot.
                - Do not mount the Trac Grabber grips near the air valves on the tyres.
                - The hubcaps must be removed when using the Trac Grabber grips.
                - Do not drive over 5 mph with the Trac Grabber grips mounted.
                - It's more effective to attach a Trac Grabber grip to each driving wheel than to attach several Trac Grabber grips to a single wheel.

                Installation
Dig away any mud, sand or snow that's putting up resistance or preventing the car from moving forward. Trac Grabber grips must be mounted on the driving wheels. Place the block against the tyre and thread the safety strap material through the rim from the inside outwards. Then thread the seat belt strap through both the safety rings. Thread the strap back through the lower ring, tighten carefully and fasten the strap with the Velcro strap.
NOTE! Make sure the Trac Grabber grips are securely fastened to the tyre! Loose Trac Grabber grips can damage cars!

                Driving with Trac Grabber
                - Carefully add some acceleration until you feel the grips touch the ground. Gently accelerate more so that the car moves forward. When the car starts moving, keep a steady speed until you reach solid ground. Avoid accelerating too much and making the wheels spin.
                - Drive the shortest route that takes you to safe ground. You can either drive forward or reverse.
                - If the Trac Grabber grips feel loose, stop immediately and tighten them again. Loose Trac Grabbers can damage cars!
                - Never drive over 5 mph.
                - Try to drive in as straight a line as possible.
                - Important! Keep the wheels as straight as possible.
                - Trac Grabber grips are not intended for longer driving. As soon as you free the car and are on safe ground, the Trac Grabber grips must be removed from the wheels.

                Removing Trac Grabber
                - If the Trac Grabber grips are tight, try pushing them back to their original position to get some slack on the strap.
                - Trac Grabber can be used again, but it's important to inspect the rubber and the belt for any signs of wear. When wear is detected, the belt must be thrown away and not reused.
                - Put the Trac Grabber grips in the bag provided and store them in the car.
