The electric scooter VEIO ES5 Nordic Edition is a Swedish-designed electric scooter that gets you home, to work, school or out for the day in an environmentally-smart way. The electric scooter is perfect for commuting or exploring your surroundings and can be folded up quickly so you can take it into your office or flat.
The electric scooter has a powerful 250W motor with a maximum speed of 20 kph. It can easily manage slopes with a 12° incline. If you maintain the same speed for 8 seconds the cruise control switches on automatically. The electric scooter will maintain the same speed until you brake or accelerate.
The electric scooter has three different driving modes: beginner mode at 0-10 kph, normal mode at 0-15 kph, and sport mode at 0-20 kph. The portable Panasonic battery holds around 15-25 km per charge depending on which driving mode you choose.
The battery charges in around 3?4 hours with the accompanying charger. You can charge the battery when it is in the scooter or you can remove the battery from the electric scooter and charge it on the side.
The battery is removable which means you can also purchase and insert an extra battery. The extra battery ensures that you always have a fully charged battery ready to use. The battery weighs about 1.5 kg; you can drive the scooter further if you have an extra battery with you. Buy an extra battery for your scooter here ->
The electric scooter is equipped with 10" inch solid anti-puncture rubber tyres. It has an electric front brake for comfortable easy braking when you are not accelerating. The electric scooter also features a disc brake and foot brake on the rear wheel, which bolsters the front brake if you need to stop quickly.
Press the Power button for approximately 2 seconds to switch the electric scooter on or off. The LED display lights up when you start the electric scooter and displays the gears, speed and current battery level. Press the Function key once to switch gears or double-click the function key to switch the front and rear lights on or off.
The electric scooter VEIO ES5 Nordic Edition is developed by the Swedish company VEIO and adheres to Swedish laws for electric scooters.
