These biodegradable freezer bags are made of 100 percent compostable material and are an environmentally friendly alternative to regular single-use plastic bags. The freezer bags can be used the same way you would use a regular plastic bag and are perfect for when you want to protect your food in the fridge or freezer.
The biodegradable freezer bags are very versatile. They can be used to freeze berries and mushrooms, to store leftovers in the fridge, or to protect your sandwich in your bag. The environmentally friendly bags are made of a combination of natural materials and bioplastic, which makes them strong, durable and 100 percent biodegradable.
Store the freezer bags in a clean and dry place. Allow leftover food to cool down before putting it in the bag. Once you have finished with the bag, you can either throw it away with your regular waste or put it on the compost together with your leftovers.
The freezer bag is available in two sizes.
2 litres, pack of 25 transparent bags: 13 cm x 35 cm, max 2 kg.
4 litres, pack of 30 blue bags: 15 cm x 40 cm, max 4 kg.
The freezer bags comply with the standards for biodegradable and compostable packaging according to EN13432.
