Flowbell is a ball-shaped exercise tool with two sturdy handles on each side that help you take your abdominal exercises to the next level. The inflatable exercise ball is filled with water and is specially developed for core exercises that strengthen your trunk muscles.
The water-filled ball challenges your muscles in a completely different way than static weights do. You need to constantly balance the water rushing around in the ball, which means that you use more muscles than usual.
Flowbell can be used for many different types of exercises and the sturdy handles facilitate a variety of different exercises; situps, russian twists, kettlebell swings, mountain climbers and many more exercises.
The exercise tool Flowbell is available in two sizes, 15 kg and 33 kg. The exercise ball itself weighs about 1 kg without water in and is easy to take with you and inflate on the go. The smaller model can be filled with up to 15 litres/kg of water and the larger Flowbell can be filled with up to 33 litres/kg of water.
Flowbell is developed by the Swedish company Flowlife. Flowbell is made of durable, transparent PVC and can withstand being used for lifting. Avoid sharp objects and do not jump on the ball.
