This airtight storage bag is an environmentally friendly alternative to regular plastic bags and makes it easier to organise and store food and other things. The storage bag is made by the American company Stasher, which uses high-quality silicone to produce sustainable and reusable bags.

The bag is easy to open and close and uses a patented airtight seal. The bag is made of 100% food-grade silicone and can be used to store all kinds of food in the pantry, fridge or freezer.

The bag comes in several sizes. The smaller sizes are handy for taking sandwiches, apple slices, berries or nuts on picnics. The larger bags are great for storing cheese and vegetables in the fridge or for marinating meat and fish. The bag's airtight seal protects the contents against moisture and can therefore also be used to store muesli, rice, biscuits and other dry goods.

The storage bag can even be heated in the oven or microwave and withstands temperatures up to 200°C. Make sure the bag's seal is open before heating up food in the oven or microwave. You can also vacuum-pack food right in the bag and then cook it in a sous vide cooker. Simply lower the bag and its contents into the pot so that the water presses the air out of a small slit and then seal the bag just above the water level.

The transparent storage bag is great for organising your things, whether at home or on a trip. You can easily see what is inside the bag, which makes it handy for toiletries and make-up. As the bag is watertight, it is also perfect for shower items, medications or to use as protective bag for electronic devices. The bag has been approved to hold liquids in your hand luggage.

The storage bags are made of platinum silicone, which is a non-toxic and hypoallergenic mix of silicon (sand) and oxide (oxygen). The silicone does not have any taste or flavour and is dishwasher safe.
