- Attach to the wall with vacuum effect
- Laser marker
- Fits drills with diameters of up to 10 mm
This clever battery-powered dust catcher helps stop dust getting on your floors and furniture when you're drilling. A vacuum holds the dust catcher in place on the wall. Suck up the dust as you drill.
Hold the collector against the wall just above where you want to drill and turn on the vacuum function. The bottom of the catcher has a soft panel that attaches to the wall so you have both hands free to drill. Insert the drill through the centre hole which is lined with stiff brushes. The brushes help keep the dust in the catcher and cleans the drill when it is pulled out of the wall. The hole fits drills with diameters of up to 10 mm.
The catcher sucks the drill dust into a container while you're drilling. The container has a capacity of 15 ml and you can easily remove and empty it when it gets full. When you have finished drilling, switch the drill off and release the vacuum by pressing the blue button on the side of the catcher, which is then released from the wall.
There is a built-in precision laser marker that you can use to hang shelves and cupboards perfectly straight. Operate this function with the ON/OFF.
The catcher attaches to all types of smooth and rough walls. Make sure the catcher is in the middle of the board when drilling wood panelling
The catcher also has a removable back panel that can be mounted on the wall so the catcher can be stored in its own place.
The collector is made of steel and ABS plastic and is powered by 2 AA batteries (not included). The collector has a diameter of approximately 14 cm and is 5 cm high.
